Department of English participated in the annual ceremony of the academic year 1431/1432 Hijri. Faculty of Science and Arts/Khulais organized this celebration, which was attended by the Acting Principal for Academic Affairs at King Abdulaziz University, Professor Dr. AbdulRuhman bin Obaid Al-Youbi, Dean of Students, Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Mahraji, Dean of Registration, Admissions and Active Learning, Professor Dr. AbdelFattah Mushat, a number of Directors of Administrative Units, Governor of Khulais Governate, and a number of Khulais Governate's notables.
Professor Dr. AbdulRuhman bin Obaid Al-Youbi made a tour to the English Language Labs that offer assistance to the students in all language skills that will help them in their university studies and practical life. During a meeting with the Faculty's students, Professor Al-Youbi thanked the Faculty's Dean, Professor Dr. Mansour bin Attiyah Al-Hazmi, faculty and staff members for their efforts and achievements within the limited sources. He also answered all students' questions.
In this Ceremony, a presentation is made to the audience about the Faculty's vision, its ambitions, its achievements, and its future plans for development in order to compete nationally and regionally.
At the end of the Ceremony, under the Patronage of Professor Dr. Al-Youbi, Professor Dr. Mansour bin Attiyah Al-Hazmi, Dean of the Faculty, handed awards for distinguished faculty members and students.
